i am pretty stressed out about this.

he did not tell me.the system is goin to shut down for awhile

try to send him email few times, i guess tons of ppl are waiting too.

yes. my last reply from hide was on the 9th. he shipped a package to me and one of the items was missing. he still hasn't replied to me about that and i really don't know what is going on.

im also expecting a last delivery update that he said he will send out on wednesday night (16th april) or thursday morning. havent heard from him since then. perhaps he is away at the moment. but im sure it is just a matter of time. he did mention to copy him on his gmail account.

i hope everyone gets their stuff!

oh my... i would be on the edge too... you can send him an email at the following address - [email protected]. he indicated that during the server downtime, he can be contactable through that gmail account.

i havent gotten a reply from that email before. so i think he must be away or something as he normally replies emails quite efficiently!

i hope he updates the board with any information. its a bit nerving for some who still have their orders with him.

i managed to conclude a long-running order with Hide-san today and got the tracking number and stuff.

his server downtime is really throwing a spanner into the works

pretty sure he said he was not accepting new orders during this time.

only advice is to try both the gmail and sharpservice.jp email addresses and being patient.

i was on the receiving end of some spotty emailing from Hide-san which turned out to be the result of his server fucking up.

i sent an inquiry to hide-san a few days ago and he replied 2 days later, saying that they don´t take any orders by now.

It's a pity, 'cause I've just trade with him once and I've been so DAMN happy...

i just received a full refund on my bernhard willhelm after waiting for little over a month. i think the auction seller screwed up something along the way. rather sad. but i will still deal with hide-san.

I dealt with mr hide earlier this year and his service was great. he delivers as promised, but the thing that stood out about him was his quick email replies. I'm sure these recent events of him not replying are due to reasons out of his control. either way i'll bet it's temporary, i will order with him again in the future.
