Here are my nudies, worn for about 6 months. They're RRDG (Dry Greycast)

the color may be a bit off due to the lighting

gonna wear em a bit longer and hopefully give em another wash. They had a slight crotch rip ( in traditional nudie style) as well which was repaired

You dudes can call Nudies played out all you want to, but they absolutely fade to the best color imo.

they have the best color, why? because they're light? lightness comes to all jeans, some quicker than others. the fact that nudies get so light so quickly only affirms that their dying process is weak. if it's the actual color you like, well...who can argue with you? but i think they lack depth.

^^sorry homi29 im not feeling those at all. i am very bored with nudie, i think the fades are just boring. greycasts never have much contrast at all but it cant be expected with the color they start out at. entirely too much all over color loss in 6 months time.

i actually like the color of the greycast nudies. i think its refreshingly different, and while not as slubby or as deep as others, its a good deparature from the typical indigo blue that has been on every pair of dry levis and the myraid of repros they've spawned.

i would say nudies are a good jean, but overpriced in North America. The biggest problem for me was the weak denim (crotch rips)

i have had a lot of nudies in the last two years and I am with everyone else here when I agree...the colors of the Nudie are just blah.....they are just boring....I have seen too many of them to give a shit.

the rrdg were my first dry jean and as much as i loved them...the color is crap.

here are some pics of my APC rescues

im kind of dissappointed in this jean since they stretched out way much, and i probably should have gotten new standards instead

that being said, they smelled bad and had alot of salt on em and random spills so i had to give em a wash.

about 4-5 months of wear

heres the pics

Hard worn Japanese Evisu 2001 model. No2 denim. Tokyo style.

posted theese before, and they are coming up to around 2 year mark.

Rips in many places but patched up and taken care of.

Only soaked 3 times . never washed in machine.

They just got back from almost 3 months of vacation in thailand. and need a soak badly..

it's something about the moisture I guess.

anyway, here are the pictures.

I think theese may retire soon, after I hemmed them.

I can not wait to start using my samurai S0510xxIII hard.

Enjoy!

Love to see all your samurai and all your other japanese jeans beat to shit in no-time.

how is it going with your samurais b.t.w.? ?

Ahlvahroe

They are a pair of super well worn Thai fake Levis i picked up when i was in bangkok.

Awesome color and high contrast fade.

Could not resist to buy them because of the fade, as it's one of the best 2:nd hand worn jeans ive ever seen.

cheap too. around 15$.

Good catch!

numero_uno_3xl

Veeeeerrry Saggy. they stretched like a B**ch over theese 2 years. ;)
