all i know is that all of nyc is pretty much on sale from now till january so even if you walk around a bit you'll find SOMETHING on sale...everything from target to atelier, betsey johnson to the hersheys store.

herpsky lib's assessment is pretty good, but it is a new york institution and well worth checking out. you should cruise through the women's shoe department during the week, you see some of the hottest women...

also when they have their twice a year sale and you have a friend that works there, you get 30% on top of 40% off...pretty amazing deal.
