I just picked up some Uniqlo Tee's. Does anyone know how they fit compared to AA tee's ? What about shrinkage? Thanks

As said in many other posts Costco's Kirkland's Signature. Best T-shirt I've worn including AA, CK, and various others. Not bad for 6 for 15.99 either.

I really like the fit of my CK white t's. However, I can see why some people would say they are a bit transparent.

I'm going to try and pick up a pack of Kirland plain white t's tomorrow.

Loved every single Gap T-Shirt I've ever bought. I did so much that I went and bought every single plain or striped T-Shirt they had in my size.

Jcrew also has ones I like as well as A&F, believe it or not. The plain ones without any logos or such.

hanes fit really nicely (slim and short) but are really thin

costco fits nice but is of thicker material and fit a bit longer than the hanes

i'd say walmart faded glory tee's material fit in between the two above.

pertty sure i have one thats premium but its thicker than regular hanes and feels less "breathable" for me. the fit is a bit larger than normal but yeah... try out costco brand for winter! i recc. it!

I'm trying to find good fitting white t-shirt too. I have supima cotton uniqlo (from japanese site) and xxl fits me fine in the shoulders but its too wide in the waist and their t-shirts become a bit short after the first wash.

I also have some AA, size L. And they are quite long for my taster, but more or less ok in the shoulders and waist. So, basically I'm trying to find a good fitting (not slim fitting!) t-shirt for a guy with broad shoulders and small waist. I'm between 6 and 6'1 tall.

Does anybody know what the difference in material is between high-end (think: Giorgio Armani and similar) vs low-end/mid-end, Uniqlo/Hanes/etc? Is it just the gauge of the cotton or is it a difference in manufacturing process?

Muji basic tee are good. 3 for £10 crew or v neck. Pretty slim great quality, hold up wash after wash.

I picked up underwear tees from Marc Jacobs the other day and they are really nice, very tight. The real price is outrageous, but they're currently 90% off so you might want to give it a try (comes down to about 8 or 9 bucks each).
