Well, what happened was that i got caught up in an attempt to overthrow the chinese government, using only my willpower, the F5 button from this keyboard and a penis-shaped carrot.

Unfortunatly, my middleman backstabbed me and i had to get out of the country. I'm now in Thailand, planning my next move.

Viva la revolution!

This is the beast i use for washing my clothes here. It's a 50/50 that it won't eat the jawns:

Due to the fact that there is no hot water connected to the damn thing, you have so use the shower to fill it up:

Some kudos to you, Opie, from me. I'm friends with 386 and have followed the fortune of the KMWs since he had them. I really liked some of your pics and accompanying stories, they betray not only a not so surprising love of denim, but also a nice sense of humour. I wish there had been more of them. Will you put them on once more before sending them?

I don't think i'll put them on before i send them, as they are still damp, and because i have promised Giles to do my best to break in these ironhearts, and i want to take a leap on that road before the 2009 contest.

Btw. A pair of bamboo chopsticks, a pingpong ball and a card from one of my favorite (see: cheap) clubs in Shanghai has been added to the souvenir bag.

Kind of sad that you won't put them on for a final time, I would have liked to see the fit and advanced faded look. The souvenirs are very fitting....!!!

Okay, so i sent the jeans yesterday.

I'm not really to sure about the chinese post-system but something about them getting to context in about 1 and a half week.

The wash made quite the difference and the contrast is now very visible, even though they have a very vintage fading due to the frequent washing.

Now we just need Sam to burn them down during the last month.

I seem to remember some of us lamenting our slow progress on these jeans, but I think they have come along beautifully.

A couple months of Wisconsin winter will do these jeans a lot of good.

First off: Yay Skrawnies!!!! We actually managed to do this even though it was pretty touch and go for awhile. And much love to Sam for setting this all up and I think he's the perfect closer (Brad Lidge) for the event.

The question is: which item(s) should I put to use?

Well although you probably can't use the Sufu Soho map, feel free to use my other two items (i.e. put the condom to use and follow it with a nice drag of the pipe!).
