same old today, nothing too exciting, although dinner was especially nice....

muesli/double espresso for breakfast.

lunch was a chicken, tomato, cucumber, pesto, jalapeno and pepper sandwich....banana, and chocolate mud cake with rum base.

dinner was bucatini with sauce of tomato puree, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, lemon zest, chili and parmegiano reggiano.

i've had horse before; i haven't had any of the stuff you listed but none of it seems that bad. there's a lot of shit i don't eat/think is gross though, like oysters, papaya, etc.

but the thought of steak tartare kind of makes me throw up in my mouth a little.
