Full promo of Power without voiceovers will be out any time now, I'd bet. A friend of mine got a copy of it but he said the person he got it from told him not to spread it so he let me listen to it but not have a copy. I'm sure someone else will post it on their blog, though.

I didn't listen to the voiceover promos at all so this was the first time I heard the whole album and I'm pretty impressed. On first listen I like it more than Oi Oi Oi - it's more of an album and less a collection of bangers like Oi Oi Oi is, but I can see why some people would prefer Oi Oi Oi to this.
