how do you wear your scarves?

so sufu, i just bought a few scarves here in italy... not sure what to pair them with though... any suggestions? pea coats? sweaters? I have no idea.

depends really on what type of scarf.i have like 15 maybe but i wear most of em differently,big thick wool ones go wrapped around neck like the catwalk pics shown but then if it like jersey type material or viscous then normally draped around me in some way shape or form also with a hood.

Yeah peacoats definitely, but basically anything except tshirts.

Basic guideline is to pair the weight of your scarf with the weight of your clothes. For example, wool scarf with peacoat, and silk scarf with just a sweater. You get the idea.

I always tie mine by folding it in half and then just putting one end through the loop. Easy and looks great.

I just wrap it around until it can't go anymore and take the remaining of w/e is left and tuck it in , also depends what kind of scarf

I tend to wear either a long thin black scarf looped once with the ends free, a la old school Dior.

Or a keffiyeh...
