hey at least you don't have thunder thighs (don't ask me to pronounce it). when i overeat it all goes there. i'll thank god if i ever get stabbed there but otherwise that sucks a lot.

5"11", 165 on a good day. my body fat percentage varies wherever i measure... at my bicep it's under 5%, at my love handles it's about 11.5%/12%. i have a gooood amount of muscle in my legs and shoulders/arms/pecs, but my stomach is JIGGLE TOWN. what the fuck!!! if i ever overeat, it all goes straight to my ass/stomach/handles. i also hate my pecs because they're big and won't ever get flatter and i barely fit into a size 38 shirt without looking like i bench all day long. FUCK MY BODY.

another fun note: i exercise as much as i can but i have a manual labor job for 8 hours a day (including 1 day on the weekends) and after work i'm exhausted. but i'm gonna try to start a daily running plan. actually, as soon as i'm done watching american psycho, i'll go run for a good part of an hour! yay.

Then eat properly and exercise once in a while.

I'm 6' and 175 lbs. I have 11% body fat. Geller shirts don't fit me very well up top as I'm too broad. Oh well. I deal with it. If you were overweight and had a hard time even wearing clothes, fine. As it is, you have a slightly flabby stomach (like most people until they're 8% or under) that nobody really cares about. Do some crunches to tighten it up and it'll be flatter.

Here's my confession (this isn't aimed directly at jake): I don't like people trying to lose weight for aesthetic purposes when they're already healthy. Live a healthy lifestyle by eating right, exercising right and sleeping right. If you happen to drop a size, congratulations; if you don't, that's fine because you're feeling better anyway.

i'm 175cm and about 130lbs and my stomach jiggles too. :(

We're literally the exact same build, apparently (think you've got maybe a quarter of an inch on me?). I got a bit of the jiggle going on as well since I eat like shit and excercise only occasionally.

I think you've got skinnier legs though :(

weight doesnt really tell the whole story.You could be 120 lbs and have a fat level of 20-25%

never measure your own fat levels.You will never get the right readings

get a professional to do it.Even then its not accurate.They have to measure from a minimum 7 points

truth..

and even when you get a professional to do it, it's only good to show progress, so you should get the same person to do it each time..

the most accurate test imo is a hydrostatic test if you're really serious about knowing your true bodyfat %

(which I kinda am)

once you get below 10% you can just look in the mirror.The six pack or the lack of it is a good indication

I definitely know I'm below 10%

I kind of want to know where below 10% I am..

I've had bodybuilders in my gym told me I was anywhere from 6-8% because there were veins on my lower abs and such

how about your lower back,any fat there

to get any lower is hard,mentally and physically.You are going to have to avoid sodium,be super strict with your diet,and do tons of cardio

but judging from your pics,you look like a genetically lean person.Your problem is putting on muscle,not getting lean

i think i'm a fat ass. i have been half heartedly trying to lose weight... maybe like 8lbs would be nice? i'd love to be in the 150's...

HOW TO DO SO? i eat veryyyy well for a 17 year old. i've tried the no bread/dairy/sugar diet, no worky. i've tried the 1700 calorie diet, it's not too effective. i've tried the eat less diet, it's hard as fuck.

help please! :(

try riding dick and u will be as skinny as the rest of sufu in no time!

in all honesty though, my fat friends who've managed to lose weight and keep it away all tell me that sports/exercise is the key. Find a sport you like and go play! As long as it's not sumo wrestling u should be fine.
