Ordered the 7.5" Cut 13 Oz. Organic Indigo Indian minutes ago ... I´m really excited about the colour, a little bit unusual among all these very dark denim, am I right?

Yeah, they are pretty slim compared to my preferred fit, but I´ll give it a try because of the colour. I´ll go for a 34'' or 36'' after consultation with yax (?).

Anyone receive a pair of the new batch of Heavy Weight Editions? I'm on the fence about picking up a pair. The price is great, but w/ shipping to the States, it makes them almost as expensive as anything else.

Are they that great? Fit? Construction? Should I just do it???

rotbart

just shipped out the jeans! please do let me know once you've received package. cheers

almostnice

its very nice that we hear from you again, markus. the pair is looking good btw!

chponglasia

$ 210 + $50-60 shipping for 2kgs package is still very reasonable and quite cheap price i think for an over 20 ounces heavy weight

denim :)

for the construction, fit, etc, i really dont like to brag things up. the best way is to see it by yourself. and maybe some members here who bought these batch of heavy weight edition could kindly share the beast with us.

shinobi2000

i'm thinking about the same idea for awhile too. but the only constrain would be its price. the price will be much different from our current price range. but still, it's a very interesting project indeed :)

cruzron

perhaps they will be available again in may / june. cheers!

addic

i think there will be no problem either using the washing machine or by hand. but i suggest to give a hand wash a go. just to make sure it will be treated more gentle.

well as you can see from the way people here eat up outrageously priced denim, i think there would be a market for it if you got the dye to look interesting enough.

how the jean fades really increase the value... saved up some money for it (with my minimal earnings), unfortunately, my size runs out of stock so quick

no worries! thanks for your kind words :)

well as you can see from the way people here eat up outrageously priced denim, i think there would be a market for it if you got the dye to look interesting enough.

yeah i think its great (and also a bit crazy) knowing many people are willing to spend a lot of fortune in a pair of jeans. i think the higher price, resulted from overdying process, would not be a problem for international market. so we'll see. thank you so much for your suggestion!

I'm selling the pair of Heavy Weight Edition size 34 that I received today. They're absolutely top-notch in every way, but the fit, sadly, is not right for me. They're of course BNWT, unwashed or soaked - just tried on. Great score for someone in line for the next batch that may be a few months away...

PM me.

Today my Organic Indigo Indian arrived, size is 34 x 36. I´m totally satisfied about the fit (very similar to my IH DC4001 except the lower back rise) , quality and, of course, the prize. The free hickory striped tote bag is a big plus, and not to forget the customer service. Yax is a great guy to deal with. Thx a lot!
