Size down .5 is what I suggest. I am US9 and would buy a 8.5 or even 8 as the shoes will primarily be worn with thinner socks..

i have a pair-- the shape isn't as wierd as in the online photos as it seems.

they are great for the office. at first they are a bit uncomfortable, but once they are broken in, they're good.

thanks, but they only seem to have measurements for the bigger sizes. i think i'll just take a gamble with the 30's.
