I wear a 30 in most brands and I have the ss08 cadet pants in 50, and they are pretty tight... I know that it depends on each model though, so just ask for measurements.

Yes, you need a M for this tee. This tee fit one size smaller than other Muji tee.

Can anyone post a fit description for the Raf by Raf Simons SS08 season denim? Is the 'regular fit' actually a slim cut? I need to know if I should size up or size down for a pair of no wash slims/regular, whatever it is.

more than likely gonna be too big around the waist, but if its pretty slim cut, you can wear a belt if its not too long (the shorts lengths)
