those are dope! . . the denim looks very textured/slubby in the pics. I would love to see them in person . . . they remind me of a pair of ecru jean shops (with orange selvedge) I'm been jonesing for . . . only down side of white jeans is they don't seem to wear in, just get progressively dirty . . .

when I lived in santa barbara I knew a girl that painted with wine, water color style . . . I've always wondered if you can make denim with wine-dyed thread instead of indigo-dyed?

depends on what part of sb you live, but overall you're right. . . after a couple years it got really small. Still a lot of fun to visit though, esp when city college is in session.

Someone should buy them and wear without washing for 6 months and post pics. That way we all know exactly how much piss, dirt and nastiness--that dark raw denim usually disguises-- we are walking around with by wearing jeans without washing them. Actually fuck that I'd rather not know.

i recently picked up some white 501s and had them taken in to fit nice and skinny. i wore them twice and they are already DIRTY.

dirt on the legs, piss (even one stray drop is fatal!), coffee. im going to wear them once more and get em real dirty then give them a hot soak in some oxy- dry detergent bath.

white jeans are pretty unforgiving but i want to get a nice grey dirty patina on these. white denim just looks better after it gets a bit of life in/on them.
