If I drink coffee it's always mixed some steamed/scalded whole milk and about 2-3 teaspoons of sugar.

100% Kona coffee...I will drink it black. Starbucks...I will add a packet of sugar and splash some half & half to mask the bitterness. Espresso...I will take it black. McDonalds coffee...one sugar one cream. 7-11 coffee...loads of sugar and some cream.

Basically, I add sugar to mask the bitterness of some coffee. Cream always makes the coffee look better...it doesn't look like petroleum.
