Carhartt - natural indigo

Recommended Posts

Saw in a shop yesterday that some of Carhartt's jeans are now dyed wih natural indigo. (there is a booklet attached explaining its properties etc)

They looked quite nice actually, the colour was really irridescent, unfortunately, Carhartt Europe dont make 36 leg, but otherwise I would have definitely bought them!

Very nice, and I really want someone on here to buy a pair and keep a 'progress diary', so we can all see how they fade

How much were they? Carhart Europe beats the living crap out of Carhart USA. Carhart Europe is on some fashion tip, where as Carhart USA is on some workman's tip.

I found that Carhartt I bought in America was not only much cheaper but the material the garments where made of where of a superior quality. I had several pairs in the late 90's and they all ended up looking fantastic.

if anyone's interested, I just remembered that while I've never been there, there's a Carhartt warehouse shop in East London and by all accounts the bargains rain down on a daily basis.

it's been a couple of years since i went - followed directions on a flyer that the Newburgh Street Carhartt Store was handing out ...

Um ... it's one of the streets that runs down to the rail tracks off Mare Street I think. I had a look on 192.com, but it's not listed

The Neal Street store should be able to tell you - 020 7836 5659

CAN YOU REMEMBER THE NAME OF THOSE CARHARTT NATURAL INDIGOS????

I WANT TO HUNT FOR THEM ONLINE....

.

almost every carhartt model comes in the indigo finish

you have to look for the "rigid" finish, that's the one! ;)
