my friend took this picture of me wearing one of those contact lenses haha

interestingly, the face/eye came out in focus, but everything around it did not because of the low F setting. But I guess that just emphasizes the eye even more.

ok so this probably sound like a really stupid question (which may earn me neg rep) BUT when you shoot in manual do you guys use a light meter? or do you just play around with the appeture+shutter speed? :confused: thanks

I like the DOF Traynor.

ben_253 - If you're camera doesn't have an in camera meter than you can use an out of camera meter... Also, use the proper aperture for the DOF you want then adjust shutter speed to get the proper exposure. But yeah, messing around with it is a good start even if you fuck up. Learning from experience is the best imo.
