arent those top ones Distress Oiled?? I have those and they are awesome.

Whats the measurements for the other?

Sadly I don't know the names for them. I found them on rakuten japan listed as "crash processing". But some people named them "distress oiled" aswell. So that's probably the European or American name for it.

Measurements for the second pair is:

Measurements are waist 38 cm, inseam 94 cm and hem 17 cm

well crash processing looks a bit different from that. Thats why I was confused. The second one is "Powder Blue Sprayed" and the first one is "Distress Oiled."
