1111.24/mo for a 1100sq foot two bedroom. But it's rent stabilized and my wife has been in it since 1994.

I always tell people who want to move here that they shouldn't pay more than 30% ish of their income in rent (or $3000 if you make bank, just on principle), otherwise they'll regret it.
