Here's my EDC, spread out amongst my pockets and bag.

Leatherman C33x is my knife (got it $15 on sale, cheap construction but perfect size for EDC), also I have a Kershaw Skyline on the way to replace it.

Leatherman Squirt for random tools and Fenix LD01 for light.

Muji notepad and pen.

My current knife collection.

Big boy is a Benchmade 741 Onslaught, in love with this thing.

Opinel No.8 for yard work.

Leatherman C33x as above.

it's pretty bulky. that was my first impression. the tools lock tho… it seems sturdy enough. a buddy of mine carries his and i dont think it's given him any problems

it's also pretty heavy. the ergonomics felt ok tho. iirc it was spring action too. couldn't hurt to try it…

looking for a small light to put in my watch pocket, preferably <$50. any and all suggestions are welcome. I just need something for nighttime on campus.

edit: also, would like something with an easily found standard battery.

I would never stab with it but everything else is perfectly safe since you're applying a force against its closing path. Perfect for EDC since it opens and closes really quickly because you don't have to move your hand positioning to close it.

Really like the spyderco lockup compared to my benchmade 940. Shiiiiiiit.

Glad you finally got it, hope you don't need to use the band-aid I sent with it.
