terry richardson vs photoshop?

his photos have a very grainy and high contrast style, but i can't seem to quite do it using photoshop.

any tips?

all his stuff is from natural light and point and shoot cameras,

its really hard to recreate the rawness of film, (thats why his photos are always so dope.)

nah, although lomo' colour saturation and grain are pretty crude, its not what terry richardson uses..

he uses a yashica t4 super and t5..

its a budget point and shoot, with a fucking decent lens on it.. supposedly better than the higher priced competition (nikon 35ti, ricoh gr1, etc.)..

theyre deffinately better value.. but i wouldnt nesersarily say best..

the down point on them is the styling really.. and that they are plastic..

the yashica just doesnt look half as good as these.. but considering the price (used) is about a quarter of any of them.. its probably the best option.. i would carry it anywhere with me, whereas if i had one of the more 'luxury' similar optics i would be a bit worried about it all time!!

yashica t4/t5 are pretty damn good!
