First image shots from DRKSHDW for spring. Kinda hated the denim skirts at the show, but the bleached and full black look pretty good. And the new denim jacket cut is pretty slick, but I want to see how it looks like open.

I really dig the denim skirts actually - i'd have to try one on but on some it has a similiar feeling that I used to get from old Dior denim where it creates a sort of aesthetic 'pulling down' that i just appreciate - with dior it was the super low pockets and sag (nothing super innovative but it was exaggerated enough at the time that it created the sensation that the skirt really emphasizes here).

Something about the idea of fabric spilling up and out is also nice.

Just taking a shot in the dark, but I'd guess somewhere around $200.

somehow I doubt they'll be sold as standalone pieces, more likely will be sold coupled with the respective jeans the skirt goes with

and in that case retail is significantly higher than 200

i believe salazar is right it will probably be a one piece pant/skirt hybrid and were looking at pricing around $650.

really looks great, i like the black jacket alot, great shape.

I really dig both the jacket and skirt jeans. If i try them on and can pull them off, i could see myself copping. Also the denim treatment on everything looks realllly nice.

I want a couple of things but for the retail price none of the stuff is worth it. I'll stave off until a few months from now when they'll be popping up for $200 a piece on ebay etc.

drkshdw jackets are dope, though that white, almost acid-washed, looking one is kinda lame. Backpacks.... I could live w/o. Though, I wouldn't mind checking them out in stores to see how the seamless thing they've got going on works in person.
