too many to list

the big ones i've crossed off are ny (many times), la, london (also many times), shanghai, beijing, bangkok, auckland

so that leaves pretty much everywhere else in europe (espec western/mediterranean), moscow, tokyo, aus, rio and buenos aires

And I must say, I'm a little surprised Chicago hasn't made anyone's list. Its a damned fine city to visit. The only reason I can think of is that Chicago isn't really near any other worthwhile destinations. Milwaukee is a cool city, but I understand that few people are clamoring to make their way there. On both coasts of the US, travelers can visit many cities.
