shin is a classic but i like these two better.

neoguri cuz the noodles be madd thick/tasty/spicy, and samyang cuz the soup is bomb.

I had that sichuan (sezuhjdafduan) shit last night not sure what its called. its just really thin slices of beef and some tripe marinated in chili oil with some green onions on top. that and the dish of fish drowning in dried chilis, chili oil, peppercorns and more chili with some bean sprouts at the bottom. soooooo good.

They make a million different hot sauces (emphasis on hot, sauce is secondary) including just pure capsaicin crystals and insane concentrates (more of a novelty than for flavor, tbh).
