I've yet to see any pics of well-worn Svenskas... despite a good number of people saying they have them on www.mynudies.com. They'll probably eventually show up, but they were produce in pretty limited quantities, so that may have something to do with it. I'll keep updating that link whenever the jeans are worth showing, but to answer your other question, they really do look that streaky/slubby.

it is steaky, they use thread that varies in size to soak up different amounts of ink.

the limited ones are constructed in sweden, limited to 1200 or so.

What obsessis said... plus they're Italian selvage vs Japanese selvage (on the SSDS). And apparently they shrink like hell, unsanforized.

Sorry it took me a while, but I've been busy.

I think it's worth mentioning that the denim on these is a lot softer than that of the RRDS, hence the wider, less defined honeycombs. Also, these wear a LOT easier than the RRDS did, so I'm guessing they'll look twice as beat up in 6 months.
