Help! I've Been frauded by www.allanio.com

Here's my story:

I ordered (and received) a pair of size 32 Gucci pants (found here: http://www.allanio.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=556 ) in September. They did not fit and I mailed them back to www.allanio.com promptly.

After about 5 emails trying to contact them, I only got halfass responses from a guy named Jay like "we'll look into it" and after October, I never heard from them again. They even stopped responding to my emails requesting my refund.

So basically, I'm calling them out. I want my damn $158 back. I returned a product to them and they kept my money and thats not cool. I've seen them advertise their website here before so I thought Superfuture would be an apppropriate place to ask for help.

If this somehow gets resolved, I'll update the thread. In the meantime, buyer beware. Thanks.

Have you called your credit card company to do a chargeback, assuming you paid with a credit card?

I paid using Paypal, which in retrospect, was a huge mistake.

Ah, that sucks. May as well try and use Paypal's dispute resolution stuff, though...

I've heard of other people being ripped off by allanio so you're not the only one.

r they in the us? if so take them to a small claim court, it's a process, but its worth it...

I don't need the full explanation, as I'm prefectly willing to do a little reading, but where can one find out about how to take someone to a small claim court? Thanks again.

Who in their right mind would order from Allanio.com after visiting their website?? I think they used the Scam/Bootleg emmulator to achieve their design

If you read my post, you'll see that I actually did refceive the pants. The problem occurred when they wouldn't return my money.

try this link, it should help a little. and call them and tell them about the situation, even it means u leave a message, and let them know u already have representation (even u dont, u still tell them that), and leave them with your contact info. or search for local legal aid, those would help also.

try to report them to the better business bureau of where they are located

you should still have a little time to tell paypal you haven't received the item, they usually refund the money pretty quick if the seller can't prove you have it (which you don't, obviously).

I always thought their stuff is fake I mean how could they make a buisness out of selling real disigner stuff for cheap unless they always just fraud you?

paypal's claim department will probabl give you your money back pretty quickly.. normally within a week..

i wish i had found this thread a week ago. i ordered a pair of jeans and a scarf and still havent received them. ive tried calling a few times, but always get a voice mail recording. i wont let this go though, that's for sure.

I had a similar incident and Paypal refunded about 75% of the loss. They took it right from the sellers account. Takes a couple of weeks but I was pretty satisfied all things considered. I did not think I would recoup at all.

Strange... I've purchased multiple items from them without a problem (and gotten them within a week); though I have never had to return something... Sorry to hear your transactions aren't going well.

That is one hell of a dodgy-ass website. It sucks that they've scammed your ass. Definately don't give up on trying to get your cash back. By the sounds of this thread, they do it to a lot of people.
