fish oil is all i have experience with but it's been pretty good so far. i've had memory problems lately and i have noticed a difference taking 3 1000mg fish oil pills a day. my brand has 40% DHA with supporting EPA.

not a salesman. my doctor prescribed it for me b/c i was basically depressed from coke withdrawal and could never wake up in the morning or concentrate. i take it in the morning and it helps me keep alert and actually concentrate in class. compared to adderall, i think its about the same, but i really only snorted it to try to get "high". (not a good idea..)

edit. and it is prescription, but you can buy it online without one. i would suggest against it b/c its pretty pricey though. its usually prescribed for narcolepsy. just tell your doctor that you can't concentrate, and ask for provigil.
