i've heard misfits starts of good then gets bad. don't want to invest time in it if it's like that. i want a good closure. i need a good closure. 

 

will check out broadchurch. 

 

First 3 seasons of Misfits are fantastic and have a good closure, the following two seasons kind of start over with some new characters mixed in with a couple old ones but you can just skip those if you like.

 

Broadchurch is really good.

Dunno if anyone saw the news but Banshee will come to its creative end after the upcoming season 4. Makes sense, story is kinda played out at this point and you can't really branch out from the main cast in any way

definitely! i've got it crowd already and love it! 

 

so i've been watching misfits due to the multiple recommendations in this thread. it's a bit too campy for me. some of the shit is super ridiculous. but it's not horrendous. i'll stick it out till the 3 seasons. i loved the episode in season 1 where they delve deeper into curtis' time travel power.

true detective finale was pretty good i thought. finally made some sense of everything and the cabin shootout (and the whole episode really) was on some GTA type shit.

 

wet hot american summer first day of camp cameo appearances are out of control, in a hilariously good way. i liked it even more than the movie

 

jim gaffigan show is okay. has it's funny moments but if you've seen his standup (or read either of his books) it's all pretty familiar. no laugh track and a good supporting cast will keep me watching for now (comedy central)
