I think its actually a good idea. They're sanforized so you won't have to worry much about sizing, they're reasonably priced for what you get, heavyweight denim, self edge was involved, sufu was involved, etc.

I agree with midnight, but I think that $275ish for a pair of jeans is pretty pricey for somebody just starting out who doesn't know if they'll like raw denim. It takes a little getting used to, but hopefully you'll like them if you decide to pick these jeans up.

Just my two cents.

I think it'd be a fine pair to start on, cause if you don't like them after a month or so, you can easily make most of your money back selling them in the supermarket

The jeans will be +1" above tagged size and will shrink .75" after a wash and dry, so essentially they'll end up true to size.

Thanks Beatle for your work so far. Put in my vote on the sizing.

I'm stressin on the Canadian dollar at the moment. If it stays where it is it might push me out of this thing. Right now if these come in a $270 they'll get jacked up to ~$340 cross the border. Don't know if that's doable.
