Looking for US online shopping proxy to ship to Canada

Looking to buy some stuff off of polo, jcrew, lgc, and 7forallmankind (yea, yea, I've got dry denim too so cut me some slack).

Polo won't ship international, neither will seven. Jcrew and lgc will but customs charges on the Canadian side scares me.

Anyone interested can pm me with the (negotiable, I hope) percentage they'd be looking for.
