I used to go with medium well in paranoia of getting something I don't want. But medium rare is pretty damn delicious now that I've taste it. Probably closest I'll get to cannibalizing and drinking blood.

what kinda sauce? I cop out with a1, if not some worceshtesthitshire and hot sauce (restaurant default tobasco)

Medium, or if i'm at a really high end steak place medium rare.

I was wondering if asians or certain european countries had a general preference for how their steaks are cooked. Hispanic people all like em' well done and burnt. Not sure about blacks. Can they afford steaks? With hamburgers it's better to go medium or medium-well because of the chance of bacteria.
