Possible design rip? Help me ID a T.

This is a tee design that Threadless recently printed up. I saw it the other day, and recalled seeing a very very similar design on here not too long ago. The design I recall was a greyscale bust just as this, but looking forward, with a white rectangle in the background.

Does anyone have any info on that tee? I would love to find out if it was the same designer, and if not, I would like this guy to get nailed to the wall. As a designer that's been ripped, nothing hurts you more.

Harsh Patel is the name of the designer it looks like that Threadless tee is ripped from.

mna, i respect the fact that you tried to protect other designer's intel property, but could you be sure that all your idea in the past is 100% original?? aren't you making too big of a fuss about this issue??

It's not a rip off, it's not a duplicate, it was done by a member of the Hell Council. That's all you need to know.
