Sorry, but, where did you get this information? Chopsticks are generally not kept in hot soups for extended periods of time, and if the metal ones were, they're no more likely to conduct heat and get too hot than a spoon or fork.

koreans use metal, i know that. which kind of doesnt make sense when eating since they tend to get too hot in soups. im assuming these CH ones are also half wood or have a padding
