this coming from a moderator who self-admittingly suck(ed)s porno cock (don't get mad at me, you're the guy who wrote so) i find it very distasteful that you'd want to continue this discussion via pm. it is insulting that you even imply that invitation. fuck that cliche psuedo-mature shit. you can't say what you want and try to get the last public word. i'd prefer discussing this in the trash.

i realize that "this site isn't a negotiation." i think everyone has realized that. i was merely trying to extend the hand of diplomacy, but it is obvious that you/some of those in power are not interested in ettiquette nor innate fairness.

what exactly are you attempting to imply by the above remarks of "coming from you...thin ice...etc??" i understand how your system works. i've got the moderator-generated necessary infractions. i try to work withing the superfuture system. i've never blantantly broke that of this dictatorship's rules. i've got the infractions that everyone probably knows about...

membership here IS NOT in any way, shape, or form a privilege or a right. if this sentiment is true, what exactly is membership of this forum? what does it mean?

you bureaucrats dare to bite the very hands that feed you (the superfuture machine). i will give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you can fathom as to why superfuture is what it is. the members make this forum. it's all fine and dandy when members make comments that the individuals wielding power seem to like/agree with, but i sense that moderators take certain liberties with their mod-given administrator powers. take for instance the recent plague of locks/thread-merges/etc. none of them have literally violated supertrash code.

i can somewhat appreciate having sufu membership, but i think that at the very least even a faux mutual-respect is in order. in order for the superfuture machine to maintain itself moderation must be done in moderation. with power come responsibility. don't be a tyrant. stop being a cop.

just remember that without this board's very members that this place would be tantamount to the mass consumption dictated to superfuture inc. by it's very sponsors/advertisers. free westside. and just because everyone likes their own brand, it doesn't mean that your shit (mod-feces) does not stink. it is often more rank as it is a slap in the face.

i have always been a fan of the first generation moderation of this site. the boot of extreme moderation paired with the invisible scalpel. and the site grew bigger and there were more mods with boots and blades. it seems you don't recognize the boot because it has a different sole. but remember it is built on the same last. in no way should the moderation done moderately. how else to yield the juice from rotting fruit but to stomp or slice it? we all miss the old future but we seem to quickly forget it. this is the old future. and it will always be.

so "stirring the pot" or merging/locking threads is your idea of good moderation? "sufu dynamic?" you aren't a producer or a creator. you are a moderator, do your job. it doesn't matter as to whether or not the synthesis of threads made this one a popular one. my argument is that none of the protest-generated threads from yesterday broke supertrash code.
