So I see a hipster in manhattan with some very tight jeans with a great wash. I knew it wasnt authentic - but it was very very close.

The label in the rear looked like a filled in & sign.

Any idea what brand this was?

Really D&G - who woulda knew. They were dark blue.

Either way the predistressing was pretty high quality.

45RPM also has a collection where & is used as a logo. But I doubt a hipster would wear them, and he'd have to size down on a woman cut to reach the fit you described.

The '&' is normally chopped out of the 'leather' patch, so it's very distinctive.

I did notice a new skinny H&M cut recently very dark one-wash denim together with oversize, bright yellow stitching, looked terrific for the $40 or so they were asking.
