Decent leather jacket under $600?

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a decent looking leather jacket for less than $600, maybe $700 tops.

I saw this piece from Diesel about 2 weeks ago, called the 'Luppy Jacket' for $550, and I'm really digging it, but I wanted to know if anyone knew of any other jackets from a different brand similar to its appearance? I was thinking of trying Century 21 tomorrow, since I called in sick for work [too busy playing Halo 3 ]. Or like Emporio Armani or something.. my SA friend called me and said they had a few new pieces in that he think will interest me.

lindeberg makes a decent leather jacket, and a lot of them are usually in the same price range as the diesel jacket you posted. there's even one right there on ssense:

places like search and destroy just go to said savers, but them for $40, turn around and sell them to city nards.

i have 4 leather jackets of various styles, never paid more than $60 for a cafe racer, members only style, punk...

those diesel leather jackets they have each season are pieces of shit.not very durable. they usually tear by the pocket after a couple of months.

what size are you? This guy is selling a ralph lauren purple label bomber for 350 bucks in supermarket, thats probably the best leather jacket you're going to find at that price point. how its still around is beyond me

Don't look for a "decent" leather jacket or you'll soon tire of it; this is the kind of item where you don't settle for anything less than ideal.

H&M has a kind of similar one in black for $150 right now, very slim fit.

I think you might be able to get an Aero for around 700? They do MTM and can cut it as slim as you want I'm assuming. As soon as I have enough money I'm going to email them for a quote on a cafe racer.

hey im thinking about buying a leather jacket but i dont really know a lot about anything leather. I want to buy something in the $300-$500 range, and probably a bomber-style jacket.

I second the thrift store route. True, it depends entirely where you're located, and if you're lucky -- but I've picked up at least three VERY nice leather jackets for under $100, one of which is my favorite jacket to date.

Then again, it was in San Francisco where a lot of stuff goes to second hand stores.. and a lot of second hand stores deal in damn good merchandise.

not a nudie fan but this jacket was nice as fuck in person, the leather was nice and extremely soft. construct was decent as well.

i handled many schott jackets in the past, the fit is rather bulky and average IMO, not fashion forward at all (maybe if you sized 2 down?)
