這件褲子(Joe McCOY 905)是我很早期穿的褲子,當時布太懂得愛惜所以幾乎天天穿

大概將近半年才洗第一次,之後大約每隔45天左右就會洗一次

褲管下方的摩擦痕跡是因為褲子太長了我又都穿工作靴所以摩擦得很嚴重

後期穿的褲子就盡量不再讓褲子的顏色看起來這麼誇張了

have too steadily put on the work boots therefore rubs very much

seriously

Later period puts on the pants on as far as possible no longer

let the pants the color look like such exaggerate

for the benefit of the rest of the board, he says that the McCoys were one of his earliest pairs and at that time he says he hadn't learnt to take care of his jeans hence he wore them nearly everyday, with the first wash at 6 months and washes approximately every 45 days thereafter.

the marks at the ankle (referring to the ankle honeycombs) were a result of his wearing work boots with his too-long jeans, resulting in exaggerated wear. his more recent jeans are less contrasted quite simply because of less crazy wear.

he also hopes to learn from all of us on the forums.

in reply i said that his jeans were absolutely beautiful, and that wearing a pair of jeans everyday doesn't mean you don't know how to treasure your pants. and that we're all denimheads on this board, and we're all learning.

I like that heavy contrast. It doesn't look so contrasty when wearing because of creasing and stuff. Heavy contrast just makes them look more three dimensional

Those McCoy's are sick. Plain and simple. The cut & detailing really reminds me majorly of my Levi's 555 1937 201xx's minus the cinch. Hmm, might add these to the wish list.

My guess would be that he DIDN'T wear them hard at all, just very normal stuff, otherwise the jeans would have a much more overall fade to them.
