I purchased a Navy polo shirt from Le tigre USA online way back in March. It never arrived. I emailed Le tigre on Numerous occations but they never respond.

Whats worst is that they changed the layout of the site, so my account for Le tigre is gone along with all of the transaction records. but luckily i printed out the reciept.

What should i do now??

Im in Australia, dont know the No#. Besides i dont think theres a No# for le tigre internet shop. I'm afraid Email is the only form of Communication Le tigre online store takes.
