ive got a badass color changer pipe, but the res is harshing my vibe. any tips on cleaning out the spots i cant physically get to and scrub?

Or try rushing it out or boiling it in hot water in a pot.

Or plug the holes, pour in rubbing alcohol and grains of rice/salt. Shake away!

I need to wash mine too. Fuck. Hate doing it. Mine is a swirly one, so it's so hard to reach all the way down it's neck. Arg.

Boiling water along with a rubbing alcohol soak always did the trick for me.

Just be warned that the first few hits might taste like wicked combo of resin, cheap vodka, and butt crustys...but that should be expected anytime you clean a pipe.

I'm not toooooo sure if my bong is Pyrex glass or just normal glass since it's been a while. But in the case where it isn't and I dip it in a pot of hot boiling water. Will it crack? Shrink? Crazy fades?

All those cleaning products are are rubbing alcohol (higher % the better) salt, and some aroma/coloring. Just pour rubbing alcohol+salt into a ziploc, throw your pipe in there, and shake the shit out of it for a while. Get the really nasty parts with a pipecleaner/qtip/paperclip dipped in the solution.

I used to have this powder that you added hot water to and the shit was AMAZING. I can't remember what it was called tho and I've done some google searching. You added hot water to it and it fizzed like nuts. You were supposed to let it soak and then rinse WELL and everything literally just fell out. It was probably like oxy clean heh

Tips for you potheads out there: I know this CAN sound a bit nasty, but the next time your take fresh hits out of that beautiful bong of yours, add a bit of milk in the water. It helps keep the residue in the water, as opposed to sticking to the sides of the bong. Doesn't have an unpleasant taste to it too - you don't taste a difference.

true. also, you can use baking soda to get the dirty smell out. use it all the time for my hookah and its great for switching over flavours.
