I'm wearing the Alden boot right now (the second pic) and it's incredibly comfortable. I'm saying this as someone who finds very few shoes stylish and comfy for someone like me who needs to use custom insoles. This boot is designed to accommodate insoles comfortably and is so well built that it feels like a bargain at the $300 I paid for it today compared with CP for instance.
