Is This Murizio's Accordion Bag?

love that bag, but it's not that practical for everyday use. wish he made it a bit smaller so that people could take it into work.

I thought the same, but then imagined it, and I think it might be too feminine...too purselike with the shape. but who knows, thats what its all about these days, no?

Give me $200 worth of leather, and I can make that.

I think someone already has, but in canvas (see avanster's post above).

I guess you're paying for the inspiration, creation, and flawless execution of the piece. I'm sure many people can recreate it, but that's not the point is it?

Huge bag...everyday use?

If so, wouldn't any added weight stretch out the prongs connected to the strap & to the bag (over time)?

I was going to buy the LC1 Sling Chair (cowhide), but then I saw it in use at a Saks on Michicagn Ave. & shit was stretched out more than Paris.

Thanks guys.

The bag is pretty wide but you can "shorten" it by placing your articles vertically instead of horizontally. I have my folio lying flat in the bag at that allows it to have the accordion layers stick out, adding to the width of the bag. If I were to stick my folio vertically inside the bag, the accordion layers stretch vertically and the overall bag shape goes from isosceles trapezoid to more square and the bag looks a lot less bulky.

ddohnggo - are you talking about the + sign made by staples on the bag? If so, that's the brand logo. If you're referring to the shield shape in the bag, it's my folio:
