i was planning a trip out to Hawaii this month for some R/R but I lost a few thousand dollars (aka my vaca funds) during the last few weeks of december (damn you craps table/blackjack), so it was post-poned. But I am planning an alternate trip to JP/KOR sometime this year. We should karaoke or somesing.

Several unlucky hands of poker (after doing really well in Nov/early-Dec), $500 worth of slot machines (how'd that happen?), blackjack meltdown, and then playing craps until 9:30 in the morning with this Iranian guy who was betting $200 on the pass line (and then like 400 behind). Wash, rinse, repeat. However, I can eat at most of the finer buffets in Atlantic City for free with my comp dollars. And Bobby Flays at the Borgata is delectable.

i had my first experience with gambling at morongo indian casino couple weeks ago and lost 400 in black jack in 3 days and i must say i felt like crap thinking about what i could have bought with that money. my friend lost 900 and it was our little So Cal trip we were having and we ended up just coming back to san jose without getting a hotel the last night we were there cause we were so broke.

damn i didn't realize that gambling was so addicting till i tried it myself. each time i lost a 100 i would just go straight to the ATM get another 100 and tell myself im gonna win it all back. then i lose it again and it was a continuing cycle for 3 days. after the first day we all said lets not go gamble ever again but we somehow ended up at the casino everyday.

dismal, hope you get lucky and win some $$$ to spend on some tenderonis later.
