Quite a good argument. To be honest I really do'nt care what people think of my car or if I post pics or not, that is their opinion. But for some random guy to be an asshole is uncalled for (which is what he was). I know I'm doing the exact same thing as him, well actually I'm not, Idk if he has a life outside of this place, but it sure does seem like it, if somebody has time to go to a thread pick out a post and begin a rant, and then for somebody else (being you) to do the same thing. Considering I have seen quite a few cars on this thread with them, and I'm sure other cars have them too (they just weren't on, considering it was day time). Errr... "neon" lights on your Civic is just plain silly / stale rice. How can you even compare that to jdm potlights on his someone else's 240sx (the only other car I've seen here with underbody light effects)? Hah beat me in life already with your Civic (I pay my TL's car lease myself, btw). It's people like who make probably make our roads nowadays dangerous; high insurance rates for people our age (I'm 18 turning 19 in a few months); and the bad sterotype of reckless driving. I'm probably just ranting here too because too many of YOU Civic people drive foolishly around me trying to "street race" me or what not when you people aren't even worth burning the gas on. Well considering where you live, I'm sure the living rates and such are quite high. Here where I live the minimum wage is 6, and I have a part time job getting paid over 8, and I'm going to school, and about to start college. So I pretty much have my life planned out, I'm not wasting time on forums "picking arguments"

Maybe www.dictionary.com > "ignorant" will help guide you to the right path in using that term in its appropriate context and effectively. Yeah, the TL and 335i is leased. My family has a habit of changing cars every 4 years or so, so its financially wiser this way. As any other German made car owner would know also, its occasionally after this time period when they start to have issues arise.

I also didn't say you WERE a reckless driver. Keyword: possibly. I even said that I was probably just ranting since its an issue that hits close to home for me.

haha, i'm beginning to feel that way too. Lately i've been shopping cars here, where I can buy a grey-market GTR or Supra RZ in my pricerange and it'd just take me back to high school fantasyland for me... I just bought a new issue of Option mag for the first time in like 7 years too....

Ironically, I once visited Spoon Sports in Ogikubo, and that is where I lost interest in JDM and got back into BMWs, haha. At Type-ONE, nicely done Hondas (all of these clean JDM Hondas with tons of rare/discontinued bells and whistles I used to jock as a kid) suddenly looked like the 10-15 year old Japanese economy cars they were. Then next door to Type-ONE is a used car dealer specializing in used works-tuned BMWs and MB's, like Alpinas, etc. Ended up spending like 15 minutes at Spoon and an hour at this other place looking over Alpinas and realized I wanted a BMW again...

Dangydang, nice car. I had a GSR I wrecked way back in high school, and then built an EG out of. Mine was the Phantom Grey color CX, but I for awhile had those same white Enkeis and JDM front lights and everything, takes me back. Yours looked great in the black.

jet I remember seeing your cars pop up on the internet once in awhile and then hadn't seen your car since you had those gold VS-XX's on... I used to sit on Honda Hybrid and tiiite.b16a way back as a high school kid and spent every cent I had on used Honda OEM because of you guys, haha.

I've been without a car for almost 2 years now but am finally coming to the realization that I would be happier if I just put myself out of the misery and bought something to drive. Everything is so expensive here though, double what you guys in the US pay for everything (car, taxes, gas, insurance). Early used E46 M3's are still $60K over here, because they were $125K cars to begin with new in this country...

And this is my last car that I drove throughout college... E34 540i, had a few things done to it but mostly stock. Loved this car, had this during the time when ricers were still working on Eclipses and into bodykits. This is still sitting in my parents garage collecting dust. I haven't been back to the US in two years so I guess I ought to sell it, seeing as though I probably won't go back anytime soon either. My dad refuses to drive it because of the wheels and drop and just moves it in and out of the garage so he can park his old-man bone stock 528i on 15" rims, haha.

I just got the mx5 miata 2 weeks ago and its a car that my dad and i bought to share as a weekend car and i must say it really is a fun car to drive. we got it 6 speed manual and it feels like a mini race car. The reviews were always so great about this car in car magazines and honestly its a great fun car for the price. The new ones are not turbocharged and i believe its a 2.0l 4 cylinder with about 176hp. 0-60 is about 6.1 seconds on it so its a pretty fast car compared to my jetta.

Thanks man, it had the only set of gold LMs in the country, the vs-xx's I had later were silver. The scene was good to me though it was a shame I couldn't share more info on the car like the new crate b18c5 we put in with mugen thin metal head gasket, spoon header, skunk cam gears/chipped p28 with no rev limiter (I once revved to 9.5K ha). I never finished it exactly how I wanted because by that time I had grown tired of the scene since it was becoming less and less underground and more commercial. Also the rice and replica shit was starting to pop up everywhere so I was like fuck it. I still talk to dylan, lee, katman and sheng (who's mad at me for not coming to jhp in forever) but haven't gone up to dena to play halo and get fucked up in a while.

The e34 is clean man, I have lots of love for pre-bangle bm's. I think I'm done with them now though, I really want a jet black gt3-rs with orange wheels more than anything but that's not going to happen.
