From John, the Drummer for Worlds Burn to Death:

"Souichi, the guitarist of FORWARD sent my guitarist an email that Kawakami, singer and guitarist of Japan's DISCLOSE was found dead on his floor of his apartment. Apparently it was a mix of alcohol and sleeping tablets. It is not suspected suicide, it is suspected that it was just too much for him to take at once. He was a very close and dear friend of mine. Rest in peace my friend. You will be sorely missed."
