Joey how have you measured the rise (I assume you've marked by the length of the J-stitch, cuz sub10 is awful low for repros...)

Can you give rise measurements from the 4 way to the top of the waistband?

only the hawaii and the okinawas are below 10 and just barely but on the hawaiis to the top of the waist band it comes in at: 11.25", okinawas: 11", '66: 12".
