Best Nightlife in "North America" besides Miami, NYC, and LA?

I was planning a trip to anywhere in the US, I might consider London or Japan, but yeah, I wanted to find out where are the coolest and funnest places. I have a week to do so before i go back to working on BS litigations. Any ideas for where to chill at?...Clubbing, Eating, and stuff,....oh yeah it's a group of 4 dudes, all away from their girls, so you know the type of atmosphere we want.

sin city. cant go wrong there if its a guys trip. get a table at PURE and the bouncers will bring the girls to you.
