thanks for the manchester tip as well. I'm not there very often, but some people just seem to get lucky in clarks stores and outlets. I've never seen a bargain myself.

I am US size 9 and went with Clarks DB size 9.

Chucks size 9 = Clarks size 9.

9.5 would be too roomy and 8.5 would not be enough wiggle room.
