about youth gangs and life and stuff but all based around the spider fights (in singapore)

vagueness at its finest... i read it years ago

I was on this site called http://www.retrojunk.com, watching the commercial sections brought back some childhood memories... specifically: toys. List yours.

-Legos

-Nerf guns

-Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figures (I still have two 12" Raphael and Michelangelo figures)

-Crossfire

-Slip n' Slide

thats exactly what i was thinking but change crossfire for gi joes

pogs

wtf was with those things? They were after my time but was there a point? To me they were just trading cards shaped like a disc with no information on them. I`m glad I grew up in the `80s, def had most of the best toys.

There was no point. That was the most ridiculous trend ever and it seemed like it only lasted a month. Kids would come to school w/ their round tube cases full of pogs, showing off their "smashers" or whatever. And I'm pretty sure nobody even played the actual game...whatever it was.
