I remember watching this movie a long time ago, then I watched the Departed the 1st day it came out in the theater, and remembered watching a movie VERY similar before. This is the Original movie THE DEPARTED is based on.

I saw the preview of that and it seemed absolutely horrible.

very inspiring movie, beautiful, poetic, but violent and crude at the same time.

Mainly about BOTY and four participating teams and it wasn't a documentary of the entirety of bboy culture, but it was good nonetheless. learned a lot about the humanity of bboys, bboys who you otherwise only get to see performances from. katsu became my favorite even though ichigeki doesnt really perform anymore.
