I'm looking for someone that could be kind enough to help me out with some mail exchanges, thing is I contacted 2nd on rakuten about a purchase, and they replied me in japanese (which I translated with babel fish, god bless) telling me that they couldn't keep mail contact in english, that they've tried that before using translators such as babel fish I guess.
