You're not going to find anything in Boston you won't find in NYC; in addition, the Japanese brands Blue in Green carries aren't really stocked anywhere else in the country, at the moment, save for Self Edge in San Francisco.

it's not 0% since there is a 5% luxury tax on things over $100+ (give or take). yo won't find japanese denim in boston. you should just order from BIG online and have them shipped to your place in boston. i don't think they'll charge sales tax for out of state buyers.
